Police have arrested a 39-year-old woman in Newtownhamilton following an early morning disturbance in the Dungormley Estate area of the town.
Police attended a residential property in the estate on Thursday April 24, at around 2.10am.
A woman was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts of assault on police and breach of bail.
She was due to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court this morning, Thursday April 24.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
