Two female burglars attacked a woman in her home before taking her purse and making off.
Detectives in Newry are appealing for information following a burglary in Daisy Hill Gardens.
Shortly before 3pm on Monday, 14 March, two females called to a house. The female occupant opened the door and one of the females entered the house and went into the living room.
This female took a purse and during a struggle, the occupant fell and sustained an injury to her elbow.
The two females made off in a cream or white coloured car. One of the females was wearing a red hat and black and white jumper.
Detectives would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or has information which may assist their investigation. They can be contacted in Newry on 101, quoting ref: 666 140316.
