A vehicle is on fire at the turn off for the Old Dublin Road, A1 Southbound.
The road has been closed in order to facilitate emergency services.
A PSNI spokesperson advised: “Please be aware of a build-up of traffic in the area, and seek an alternative route for your journey.”
