A man suffered facial injuries in a vicious assault in Newry on Wednesday evening.
Police in Newry are appealing for information in relation to the assault in the Mourneview Park/Erskine Street area of the city yesterday.
It was reported that sometime between 7-7:15pm a man in his 20s was assaulted and received facial injuries as a result of this.
A man in his 30s and two men in their 20s have since been arrested and are helping police with their enquiries.
