Detectives in Newry are appealing for information and witnesses following a report of a burglary in the Killeavy area yesterday, Wednesday August 4.
Detective Inspector Moffatt said: “It was reported that the occupants of a house at Clonlum Road left at around 11am and returned at approximately 10pm to find that entry had been gained to the property, and a number of rooms ransacked.
“At this stage, it is not believed that anything was taken, however our enquiries remain ongoing, and we would appeal for anyone with any information to contact detectives using our witness appeal form at https://reporting.psni.police.uk/appeals quoting 1808 of 04/08/26, or call us on 101.
