The Carbane East Industrial Estate has been placed on the market with offers sought in excess of £3 million.
The development sites adjacent to the USPCA premises in Newry.
And it currently boasts five sitting tenants – Screwfix, Bassetts, Johnston’s Decorator Centre, Fyffes Vehicle and Engineering Supplies and Floors to Go.
All five are under long-term leases ranging from between 10 and 25 years.
The development – which stretches to close to 30,000 sq ft in total – is being sold by O’Connor, Kennedy, Turtle.
According to marketing materials, it is described as a “modern business park investment opportunity fronting Carnbane Way”.
