Mum of missing Tyrone teenager says she could be in Newry area

Hannah McSorley

***UPDATE FROM MUM: “Hannah has been found. We are so looking forward to having her home. The power of social media has played an important part in recognising her and the good will in everyone has been amazing. Thank you for all your prayers and to everyone who helped find her. Thank God. Can’t wait to see you Hannah.***

The mother of a missing teenage girl has issued another appeal for help in locating her.

Hannah McSorley went missing from the Clanabogan area of Omagh on Tuesday evening.

It is understood the 15-year-old may have been last seen at Omagh Bus Depot at 5.30am this morning and travelled to Belfast.

However, this morning (Thursday) her mum Joni posted an update on social media, believing her daughter may be in the Newry area.

“Hannah is still missing and we believe she may be in the Newry town area. Her hair is much darker now than the photo (main image). Please keep sharing and hope we find her.”

Last night Hannah’s mum posted a description.

“She is wearing a light grey Ellesse jacket with two white horizontal stripes, dark jeans and black Doc Martens.

“If anyone has seen her or knows where she is please get in touch. Please share this post. Please God we will find her safe and sound. Or contact me on 07711829212.”

Please help and continue to share her appeal.
