A 49-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman arrested on Monday by detectives investigating the murder of Mark Lovell in Newry have been released on bail.
This is to allow for further police enquiries, a PSNI spokesperson said.
Mr Lovell was shot dead close to his home at Ardcarn Park, Newry, on the evening of Thursday, December 1.
The spokesperson added: “Detectives continue to ask anyone with information about the murder to contact them by calling 101, quoting reference number 1600 of 01/12/22.”
