
NI Fire and Rescue services have now extinguished a blaze which broke out early this morning (Wednesday) in Newry city centre.
Firefighters were called to reports of a shed on fire Clares Avenue area at 9.09am.
The fire was attended to by one appliance from Warrenpoint Fire Station and one appliance from Banbridge Fire Station.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two jets and and hose reel to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental ignition and the incident was dealt with by 10:39am.
