Emergency services are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on the A1 outside Newry this evening (Wednesday).
Motorists are being advised that a section of the A1, between Newry and Loughbrickland, has been closed.
The Air Ambulance has been tasked to the scene.
Diversions are in place at Grove Hill Road (southbound) and Buskhill Road (northbound).
There are no further details at present.
