Road reopens after collision near Markethill

The road has reopened after an accident close to Markethill.

Two fire brigades, two rapid response doctors and an ambulance attended the scene of the accident.

It happened on the Coolmillish Road shortly before 6pm.

Locals told Armagh I of the operation which swung into place following the collision.

The road had been closed for a period of time but it has not reopened and everything has been cleared.

Reports from those living near the scene are that emergency service personnel had indicated there had been no serious injuries sustained by anyone as a result.
