Man charged after fuel theft

Police have charged a 29-year-old man with a number of offences following the theft of fuel from a car transport business in Loughgall.

The man has been charged with theft, driving with no insurance and driving with excess alcohol.

The charges relate to an incident on Ballygasey Road during the early hours of Tuesday, 26 March. He will appear before Armagh Magistrates’ Court on 16 April, 2013.

As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
