Detectives from Serious Crime Branch investigating comments made in a speech at a republican commemoration event in Lurgan on Easter Sunday have arrested a 33-year-old man in north Belfast.
The suspect has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Antrim police station for questioning.
Detective Superintendent Karen Baxter, from Serious Crime Branch, said: “Detectives are also searching a property in north Belfast and one in Lurgan as part of the same investigation. Our enquiries are continuing.”
