'This demonstrates our continued determination to actively seek out and hold to account people attempting to flee their own country to escape justice being served'

A man who fled Latvia after being convicted of a motoring offence which left one person dead is due to appear at the Extradition Court in Belfast later today (Wednesday).

The 26-year-old was arrested in the Lurgan area today.
