Major Investigation Team Detectives investigating the murder of 39-year-old Shane Whitla in Lurgan on Thursday, have been granted extra time to question a suspect.
They have been given an extension of 31 hours for the further detention of a 29-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder.
This extends the period of detention up until midnight on Tuesday.
Father-of-four Mr Whitla had been shot multiple times – including in the back – and was found unresponsive in Lord Lurgan Park on Thursday night.
