A Lurgan man has admitted driving with excess alcohol in the area of the town’s McDonalds restaurant.
Oisin McDonald (25), of Killough Gardens, was also driving whilst disqualified and without insurance during the incident on October 11 this year.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, he also admitted driving whilst disqualified at Kitchen Hill in Lurgan, not having insurance nd taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner on September 16 this year.
A defence lawyer said the defendant had a “very relevant” record.
The defendant was given an interim driving ban and his cases were adjourned to January 16 for a pre-sentence report
