The man who died in a collision on the M1 last night (Wednesday) has been named locally.
He was John Watts, from Lurgan.
Police confirmed late on Wednesday night that a pedestrian had died after a collision involving a lorry, shortly before 5pm.
The Air Ambulance was tasked to the scene but attempts to save Mr Watts were to be in vain.
The deceased, who was aged in his 20s, was a son of Dolores and Paul Watts and a brother to David.
He was a past pupil of St Michael’s Grammar School in Lurgan.
Mr Watts’ funeral will take place on Saturday, from his home at Kiln Lodge in Lurgan.
Requiem Mass will be at 9.30am at St Peter’s Church in the town, before he is laid to rest in St Colman’s Cemetery.
Donations at the family’s request are being accepted for the PIPS (Public Initiative for Prevention of Suicide and Self-Harm) charity.

Earlier, Sinn Féin MLA John O’Dowd was among those who offered his condolences.
“I want to extend my deepest sympathies to the family and friends of this young man,” he said. “They have a lost a loved one in the most tragic of circumstances.
“My thoughts and prayers, and that of my party, are with the family as they come to terms with their loss.
“We also extend thoughts and prayers to those involved in and those who witnessed the incident.
“The PSNI are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or those with dash cam footage to get in touch.”
