A new hot food takeaway and cafe could be set to open in Lurgan town centre.
And the premises – Taste of Philly – have lodged plans for consideration with ABC Council.
They are seeking a change of use at 13 Church Place, to allow for their new enterprise to proceed.
The property in question is the former Northern Mortgages, which opened in July 2021 and ceased operating at this address at the end of March this year.
The application to council is for a new hot food takeaway and cafe, complete with seating area to the front of the premises.
If the change of use is approved, the business is expected to create three new jobs.
The application will be advertised shortly.
