A man who was "continuously ringing the doorbell" at his mother's home in Lurgan in breach of a Non-Molestation Order, claimed he was only wanting to get to the toilet.
Mark Mulholland (58), of no fixed abode, breached the Court Order on May 13 this year.
He appeared at Craigavon Magistrates' Court on Friday via video link from prison.
