Man lay down on road in Lurgan and would not allow police vehicle to pass to get to an emergency

A man "jumped out" in front of a police vehicle, which had blue lights and sirens activated whilst responding to an emergency call, and would not let the vehicle pass in Lurgan on August 15 last year.
