A man "jumped out" in front of a police vehicle, which had blue lights and sirens activated whilst responding to an emergency call, and would not let the vehicle pass in Lurgan on August 15 last year.
Jonathan Barton (28), of Ulster Street in Lurgan, admitted disorderly behaviour and a charge that by 'lying down, or otherwise conducting yourself in a public place, wilfully obstructed traffic'.
