A man in his forties forced a would-be burglar to flee after he was challenged in Lurgan on Friday.
Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in the Allenhill Park area of Lurgan on Friday 17 February.
Shortly after 3pm it was reported that a man, aged in his 40s, disturbed a male burglar.
The burglar was challenged by the man before making off.
The burglar, who is described as being aged 20-30, dark short hair, of stocky build and was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a navy jumper, made off towards Lake Street.
Police are appealing to anyone that may have any information or to anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact officers in Lurgan on 101, quoting reference 686 of the 17/02/17.
