An 80-year-old woman suffered a number of fractures after being hit by a car last week.
Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in the Avenue Road area of Lurgan, county Armagh last Friday evening, February 5.
Shortly before 6pm it was reported that an 80-year-old female pedestrian was struck by a red coloured Ford Fiesta on Avenue Road between Lurgan Park and the junction of Avenue Road and Flush Place.
The woman was rushed to hospital for treatment for a number of fractures.
Sergeant Myles Meaney is appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity of Avenue Road around this time and who witnessed the collision to contact officers in Lurgan Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.
