Liverpool FC legend Robbie Fowler has penned a heartfelt letter to the parents of a young Reds fan killed in a road accident last weekend.

Following the tragic news, club legend Robbie Fowler, reached out to the family with a wonderful gesture.

In a handwritten letter, addressed to Niall’s parents, he said: “I’m sorry for the loss of your son Niall – hearing the news I can’t begin to think what you’re all going through and hope that you find comfort in knowing that Niall was extremely well liked and highly thought of by all who knew him.

“I know he’s a massive LFC fan and will continue to look down on the Red Men. Thinking of you all at this sad time – YNWA. Robbie Fowler.”

Niall, described as the life and soul of the village was laid to rest earlier this week.
