The eight men were Sean Pearson, 25, of Culmore Park, Omagh; Martin Stephen Conlon, 49, of Tarry Drive, Lurgan; Emmett Donnan, 30, of Colinmill Dunmurry; Declan Joseph McCrory, 48, Aghaboy Road, Omagh; Gary Doherty, 37, of Old Mountfield Road, Omagh; Eamonn Micheal Green, 31, of Falls Road, Belfast; Christopher Martin Hamill, 29, of Lurgan Tarry, Lurgan; and Matthew Jude O’Donnell, 40, of Lislane Drive, Derry/Londonderry.

All eight men received monetary fines for their involvement in the illegal parade at the Levin Road area on March 31, 2018.

Chief Inspector Jon Burrows welcomed the convictions at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court today.

He said: “This conviction follows a very thorough, tenacious and effective policing operation and investigation and demonstrates the commitment of the PSNI to bring offenders to justice, tackle paramilitarism and uphold the rule of law. I want to thank those who worked very hard to deliver this result.”
