Amateur photographers throughout the Borough are once again being invited to put their skills to the test in Lurgan Park’s annual photography competition – with the winning photos being included in the Lurgan Park Calendar 2018.
Photographers are asked to share their best photos of the Park in one of three categories – Wildlife, Park Life (such as people having fun in the park) and Landscape – and you can enter a maximum of five photos overall.
The closing date for entries is Friday, September 29, after which all photos will be showcased at an exhibition in the Parks’ Bowling Pavilion throughout October.
The winners will be chosen by the Friends of Lurgan Park Committee.
The competition is for amateur photographers only and all photos should have the date the photo was taken, the name of the entrant, address and/or e-mail on the back.
Photographs should be 8 x 6 size, landscape only.
