Lorry damaged in collision which kills horse

Police in Armagh are appealing for information following an road traffic collision on the Newtownhamilton Road.

Around 6.10am on Thursday, 21 November, an articulated lorry was in collision with a horse which had been running loose on the run. The lorry was extensively damaged and the horse subsequently died. Two other horses were running on the road at the time but disappeared following the collision.

Police are keen to identify the owner of the horse. It was black and white in colour and was not hooved.
