One person has been rushed to hospital following a serious road traffic collision in Keady this evening (Tuesday).
The incident happened close to McGrane’s supermarket on Victoria Street in the town.
Armagh I understands a female pedestrian was struck in the collision, which happened around 8pm tonight.
The road has been closed as police carry out their investigation into the incident.
Police have also warned motorists that the road, between Carbry Drive and Clay Road, has been closed, and for the public to stay away.
The road is expected to remain closed for some time.
There are no further details at this stage.
