IPad and jewellery among items stolen in Portadown house burglary

Police in Portadown are appealing for information following a burglary in the Orchard Drive area.

Some time between 11.15pm on Saturday, 26 July and 3.30am on Sunday, 27 July, entry was gained to the front of the house. An ipad, sum of cash and jewellery were taken.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to this incident to contact them in Portadown on the 101 non-emergency number, quoting ref: 576270714. If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police are also reminding householders to close windows and doors, even in warm weather. They are also encouraging local residents to report any suspicious activity at the earliest opportunity.
