Police in E District have launched Operation Torus to target street level drug delaing.
Over the past two days police have uncovered a cannabis factory in Portadown and seized a quantity of cannabis and cocaine in Kilkeel and Newry.
E District Crime Manager, DCI Stephen Wright, is pictured with drugs which have been seized across Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon and Newry over the last 12 months. These drugs have now been destroyed.
DCI Wright said: “Our message as we launch Operation Torus is clear and simple: if you see or know of anyone who is dealing drugs in your local area, then please contact us on 0845 600 8000.”
