Fourteen cattle stolen in fortnight

POLICE in Armagh are advising farmers to check their herds regularly and to report to police any suspicious activity near their land.
 
It follows reports of thefts of cattle over the last two weeks.
 
Fourteen cattle on land in the Clady Road area of Armagh and two cows in the Aughnagurgan Road area of Darkley have been reported as stolen over the last fortnight.
 
An investigation is underway and police would ask anyone with any information about these incidents to contact them in Armagh on 0845 600 8000.
