A family home has come under attack for the third time in recent weeks.
Police in Newry are appealing for information after the property was pelted with eggs in Derrybeg Drive.
Constable Caroline Bell explained that, at around 1am on Saturday, ‘liquid’ was also thrown at the house.
“Three youths were seen in the area around this time,” she explained. “This is the third incident of this nature in recent weeks.
“We would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to this incident. We can be contacted in Newry on 101, quoting ref: 63 010815.
“We are also asking the local community to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity at the earliest opportunity. If you notice vehicles or people that look out of place please phone us on 101.”
