Police have charged three men after the cenotaph in Moy was vandalised.
The incident happened on Saturday night and the trio were detained on suspicion of a number of offences.
All three have now been charged to appear before court.
A 20-year-old has been charged with causing criminal damage and attempted criminal damage.
Two others – aged 19 and 20 – face the same charges but have also been charged resisting police and disorderly behaviour.
The second 20-year-old is also accused of assaulting police.
The three were arrested after wreaths were thrown about in the latest incident of damage at the Moy was memorial.
All will now appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court on July 8.
