Third person dies following three-vehicle collision on Moy Road on Sunday

A third person has died following a three vehicle collision on the Moy Road in Dungannon at the weekend.

A woman passed away in hospital earlier today (Tuesday), two days after the collision on Sunday afternoon.

The woman’s death follows that of two men who died at the scene. They were originally from Slovakia and were travelling in a silver Skoda Octavia.

Two people who were in the third car did not require hospital treatment.

A man and another woman injured also in the crash remain in hospital at this time.

Inspector Andrew Archibald is continuing to appeal for anyone who was travelling on the Dungannon Road in Moy on Sunday afternoon and who witnessed the collision or any of the vehicles involved prior to the collision to contact officers in Dungannon or the Collision Investigation Unit on 101 quoting reference 699 03/02/19.
