POLICE in Armagh are appealing for information following the theft of plant machinery.
At 2.34am on Tuesday, September 17, police received a report of intruders at a yard on the Loughgall Road.
Officers attended and found the gates of the yard had been forced. An orange and black Hitachi digger had been taken, which was recovered later the same day in a car park off the Lough Road in Lurgan.
Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the theft of the digger or its movements on Tuesday, 17 September, to contact them in Armagh on 0845 600 8000.
