Owner distraught after quad bike stolen from back yard in south Armagh

Incident happened between 3-5pm on Wednesday

The owner of a quad bike worth thousands has appealed for its return after it was stolen in south Armagh on Wednesday afternoon.

The Yamaha Banshee was stolen from the Hall Road, Lislea, near Mullaghbawn, some time between 3-pm.

It is understood the opportunist thieves took it from the back of the owner’s house.

The owner is understandably distraught and has urged anyone with information to get in contact with police.

PSNI have been notified and are investigating the theft.

Anyone with information, please call them on 101. Alternatively, information can also be provided about either incident to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100 per cent anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
