Craigavon Area Hospital has been sealed off this evening due to a suspected gas leak.
It is understood there was damage to a gas pipe during work at one of the buildings close to the main entrance.
The NI Fire and Rescue Service said that no one was evacuated and they sealed the area off as a precaution.
A Southern Trust spokesperson said: “Due to an on-going investigation re: suspected gas leak at the Craigavon Area Hospital Site, the main access to the site will remain closed until further notice. Please do not visit the site this evening.”
There are some traffic delays in the area at present but avoid the hospital if you can.
