Man must pay £200 compensation to workers he assaulted at Craigavon Area Hospital

The District Judge said the assaults had been on two people at their 'place of work'

A man who assaulted two people and was disorderly at Craigavon Area Hospital has been ordered to pay £200 compensation to each of the victims.

Terence Murray (43), of Parkmore, Craigavon committed offences on October 1 last year when he was also in possession of cocaine and cannabis.

District Judge Michael Ranaghan said the assaults had been on two people at their “place of work”.

At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday sentencing was deferred until March 20 next year.
