Craigavon Court

A Co Armagh man who breached a non-molestation order against his ex-wife has been handed a suspended prison sentence.

Michael Anthony Gough, of Drumgor Park in Craigavon, has been warned that any further breaches will likely see him end up behind bars.

The 40-year-old appeared before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order on June 4, this year.

The court heard the breach was aggravated by reason involving domestic abuse.

District Judge Bernie Kelly handed Gough a prison sentence of two months but suspended it for a period of two years.
