'We are committed to deliver this service is the safest way possible through this crisis'

And it has apologies to residents who may have been affected.

A spokesperson said: “We know these are unprecedented and challenging times for everyone with many disruptions to everyday life.

“Bryson Recycling provides an essential service in removing recyclable waste from households and we are committed to deliver this service is the safest way possible through this crisis.

“There is a temporary disruption in our kerbside collection service and we hope to be up and running again as soon as possible. Please leave your boxes and wheelie boxes out as usual, and if your collection does not take place please save up your recycling for your next collection.

“We apologise unreservedly for any inconvenience caused and trust that in these difficult times everyone understands and respects our need to provide this essential service safely.

“We will provide regular updates via social media and on our website. Thank you for your understanding and patience.”
