The 29-year-old has also been charged with obstructing police and possession of a firearm in suspicious circumstances, while the 36-year-old has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

Both will appear at Craigavon Court tomorrow (Tuesday), January 22. As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

It is believed that the charges are in relation to a foiled armed robbery at a service station on Avenue Road, Lurgan, last night (Sunday).
