Cash stolen after car is broken in to in Armagh

Police in Armagh are appealing for information following the theft of cash from a car.

Sometime between 11pm on Sunday, 10 may and 9am on Monday, 11 May, a blue Peugeot 207, parked at the back of a house on Newtownhamilton Road, Armagh, was entered.

It is believed the car was entered through the boot. A bag, containing a sum of cash and documentation, was taken.

Sergeant Gavin McComiskey said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to this incident. We can be contacted in Armagh on 101, quoting ref: 295 110515.”
