Police are appealing for information following the report of an assault at Church Square, Banbridge in the early hours of Thursday, February 18.
It was reported that a 20-year-old man was assaulted by a number of people at around 1am.
Police would like to speak with a male passer-by who came to the assistance of the injured man or anyone who witnessed the assault.
