Police appeal after engines stolen from boats at borough fishery

A number of engines were stolen from boats in a borough fishery over the weekend.

Police are investigating the theft at Corbet Lough Fishery on the Aughnacloy Road in Banbridge.

It is reported that a number of engines have been taken from boats in the lake between 8pm on Sunday, September 20 and 9am on Monday, September 21.

Enquiries are continuing and police are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 310 of 21/09/20.
