Man advised to ‘consider carefully before going back to relationship’ with husband

A barrister has advised his client to "consider carefully before going back to that relationship" with his husband, following a string of "spurious allegations," a court has heard.
James Benson, of Scarva Walk in Banbridge, appeared before Newry Magistrates' Court on Friday charged with two counts of common assault, a domestic abuse offence, and threats to kill — all on dates between May 4-7.
