A woman was arrested after several vehicles were smashed with a hammer in Armagh earlier on Friday.
Up to five police cars descended on the Gaol Square to deal with the incident.
A police spokesperson told Armagh I: “We received a report of criminal damage being caused to vehicles in the Georges Street area of Armagh at around 1.30pm on Friday, January 12.
“Officers attended and arrested a 43-year-old woman on suspicion of a number of offences including criminal damage. She is currently in police custody.
“Enquiries are continuing.”
