Tynan man accused of stalking and harassing woman banned from all DV8 stores in NI

A Tynan man, accused of stalking and harassing a woman, has been banned from entering any DV8 store in Northern Ireland.

John Richardson, of Derryhaw Road, is also banned from entering Portadown, save for travelling through, along the Northway.

The 47-year-old appeared in Craigavon magistrates’ COurt on Wednesday accused of stalking the woman on dates between August 15 and December 7 last year. The harassment charge related to the same time period.

During the brief hearing Richardson confirmed he understood the charges while a police constable connected him to the charge.

District Judge Natasha Fitzsimons released on his own bail of £500, and along with the aforementioned conditions he is banned from making contact with four people.

The case was adjourned until May 14.
