Traffic restrictions in place for 26th Armagh International Road Race

The 26th Annual International Road Race takes place in Armagh on Thursday (February 18)

The racing begins at 6.30pm and ends around 9.30pm.

Mall West Traffic will be closed to southbound traffic (Dungannon-Newry). This traffic will be diverted via Portadown Road and Tower Hill, Armagh

Mall East from Charlemont Gardens to Gaol Square will be divided into two by cones.  Residents only will be permitted to use this traffic lane.

Mall West will be opened to traffic from Gaol Square to the Courthouse for Northbound traffic

Mall North (Courthouse) and Gaol Square, will be coned to facilitate runners, this may cause some disruption to traffic flow.

All motorists are advised to apply caution to competitors and spectators taking part in this event, especially in Mall West were the road will be divided to include vehicular and competitor traffic.
