One person has been taken to hospital via ambulance following an accident outside Armagh, where one car was left overturned.
The accident occurred on the Monaghan Road, this morning (Wednesday) at approximately 10.05am.
It is understood teams from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended alongside police and the ambulance service.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service confirmed they received a 999 call at 10:05 on Wednesday, 19 th August, following reports of an incident in the Monaghan Road area near Middletown.
Two ambulances were tasked to the scene and following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was
brought to Craigavon Area Hospital by Ambulance.
Two fire appliances also attended the scene. When members of the NIFRS attended the occupants of the vehicle were out upon their arrival.
Firefighters made the area safe and the scene was handed over to the PSNI and left the scene at 10.28am.
Police have asked for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or with footage that could assist with enquiries is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 341 19/08/26.
