A man who attempted to rob an Armagh takeaway on Sunday night will appear in court this morning (Tuesday).
Detectives investigating the incident at Gringos on the Killylea Road have charged a 33-year-old man with Attempted Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent, Attempted Robbery, Common Assault, and Possession of an Offensive Weapon with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence.
He is due to appear before Armagh Magistrates’ Court this morning.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
