A man has appeared in court on three charges of attempted voyeurism at the Orchard Leisure Centre in Armagh.
Before Armagh Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday was John Kerr, of Derryfubble Road, Dungannon.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on three dates in September – 26, 29 and 30.
A PSNI officer told the brief hearing that they believed they could connect the 56-year-old accused with the charges.
Police were called to the leisure centre by staff after reports of a man allegedly acting suspiciously in the changing area.
The accused was released on continuing bail to appear again next month.
